I am a former farm kid, former rock band member, former art teacher, and former member of the NEA Executive Committee... now a school transformation consultant and a designer/developer of virtual group space.
I have an ability to see systems and understand their effects (both positive and negative). I see my highest purpose as designing/advocating strategies, tools, & actions that move the social system to higher levels of human freedom, self-determination, egalitarianism, and sustainability (both economic and environmental).
I am excited to be working with the NDE Administrators' Forum as we co-create an online resource to support generative leadership and educational transformation.
